Drop-in meditation and Buddhism Classes are available on every day of the week, with guided meditations and teachings on applying Buddhism to daily life. All of the teachings and meditations assist you in connecting to a stillness within.
Weekly guided meditations and Buddhist teachings in “American Society” are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. These classes offer meditation techniques and teachings on the fundamentals of Buddhism, with an emphasis on their practical application in everyday life.
Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated.
